Hebrews 5:11-6:11
Originally, “apostasy” meant literal rebellion. Turning against God, as evidenced by abandonment and repudiation of former beliefs.
If there was ever a time for a warning against turning away from God, now would be the time. We are living in the United States with at least 2 generations that have grown up with out the knowledge of God. Pray has been removed from our schools. The 10 commandments have been removed from county building.
As a country we need to turn back to God, ask God for forgiveness because of how we turned our backs on Him and choose our own way. The way that allows for abortion, fatherless homes, welfare from the government, not giving the Glory to God, and not giving thanks in ALL circumstances. (for this is the will of God) 1 Thes 5:18.
As a country and individual we should be feasting on the meat of Gods Word. Leading our families in righteousness. Making disciples of all nations.
How does this affect the trucking community? Truck drivers are the backbone of commerce in the United States, Truck drivers are the boots on the ground. This is our time to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ to shippers, receivers, brokers, and dispatchers. Now is the time to let people know why you believe and in what you believe in.
Drivers, use the time of your 10-hour break and get into a deep study of God and His Word. Flee the addiction of mindless scrolling on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Be the Salt and Light of this country.
Please be kind to the shipper and receiver that you run into today, you never know what they are going through.
