Firm, yet tender instruction for leadership, but not just leaders, all who follow Christ! Clothe yourself, all of you, with humility towards one another, for God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.
That short verse has much to un pack, pride is ugly, it is at the root of all kinds of destructive behavior, been there done that. And yet, I have received the beauty of Grace!
I will be reading this chapter again tomorrow morning, as I don’t want to rush through this instruction that is for my good!
