This chapter is so rich, and worth reading often. He are some of my thoughts, and yes I do not want to take anything out of context here.
Verse 10 Christ will himself restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you. This comes after these believers have suffered a little while. But I am sure what a while is, days, weeks, months or even years. Nonetheless, it is Christ himself who will do the restoration! All of this encouragement, in light of being humble, because we have a common enemy the devil wishing to devour us… take heart our Lord knows personally what we are up against, so we clothe ourselves with humility toward one another. Together in the journey, with humility!
