1 Peter 4:1-11

1 Peter 4:1-11
Suffering and Grace, something to be stewarded. Suffering brought on by my own poor choices, and the suffering brought on because of doing good, Christ suffered for the actions of others, with the ultimate goal of redemption. The just (righteous) for the unjust (sinners). That reality is hard to grasp, that God would love sinful mankind so much that he would suffer in order to buy me back, and give me his righteousness. And in it all God may be glorified through Christ Jesus. To him belong glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

I Am reminded to slow down and take it all in, with all of the hard realities brought about by sin in the world, and in me. But we are not without hope!
